What is a 'Pre-Order' product?

The product is expected to be shipped out on the date stated on the product page.

You will be notified when the product has been posted along with a tracking number.

We do not accept refunds or exchanges for pre-order products.

Please note: The expected date is an estimate and we recommend allowing one week leeway if purchasing for an event.

If you are purchasing additional products, they will be shipped with your pre-order product. If you need the additional products sooner, please order separately.
