It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 1-3 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 5-7 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Yes! When starting FIORA, one of our goals was, and continues to be as sustainable and ethical as possible. We are always looking for ways to improve our sustainability. 

Our jewellery is ethically sourced and manufactured, We order our inventory in small quantities to ensure we can quality check each item & limit wastage. 

Our custom FIORA jewellery boxes are made to be a keepsake and re-used, not disposed, however the boxes are composed of cardboard. We also try to pack as many pieces in one jewellery box to limit wastage.

Our orders are sent in a cardboard mailer box with acid-free tissue paper and packing tape, which are 100% recyclable.

In our studio we aim to reduce waste, limit printing, recycle and reuse paper as much as possible. we try to reuse as much packaging as possible.

In addition, when we process exchanges, we reuse the original mailing box (if possible) to again reduce wastage. 

All our jewellery is made from PVD Gold Plated - Stainless Steel : Gold plated jewelry is made by using electricity or chemicals to deposit and bond a very thin layer of gold over another metal ( 316 stainless steel ). making it the perfect option for those who want to wear kevlery without breaking the bank.

Please note everyone's skin produces natural oils which can react differently to certain metals and plating. We are not responsible for any reaction you may have to our products.
